ProductCloud was designed by the RedCrew team in 2020 in Melbourne, Victoria. Our founders, James Bligh, Mark Evans, and Abaran Deep, are known for their significant contributions in developing the Consumer Data Rights (CDR) technology standards in Open Banking.
With a solid track record in financial services and IT management, James, Mark, and Abaran realised that the new Open Banking standards would significantly impact the work of financial product managers. Product teams need more assistance to keep up with increased competition and multiple product changes - spreadsheets and emails weren’t the solution.
ProductCloud was developed to address these concerns and provide product managers with a central hub to manage their portfolios of existing, grandfathered and third-party products. But it is just the beginning of what we can do.

Our goal is to ensure the success of our clients and the Consumer Data Rights (CDR) regime as a whole. We aim to help financial service organisations seamlessly adopt Open Banking and stay competitive through our solution.
As more industries adopt the CDR regime, ProductCloud aims to extend our platform features to support product managers in other sectors. We aim to partner with local and international IT organisations in countries like New Zealand, Singapore, and Canada, to spread our Open Banking solution globally.
